About Tori

A lifetime spent in motion.

I’ve had the kind of career most fitness professionals dream about. Training professional athletes, designing wellness programs for companies like Sony, even competing as a World Champion Escrima Stick Fighter. But the work that means the most to me happens far from any of that.

It happens in living rooms. With clients who started out unsure if any of this was for them, and who now move with a confidence they hadn’t felt in years. Some have been with me for five years. Many train alongside their partners or a friend.

What I do isn’t a transformation challenge or a boot camp. It’s a slower, kinder thing. Helping you feel at home in your body again, one simple movement at a time.
