How I handle your information.

This is a small wellness coaching business. I take your privacy seriously and try to keep this policy short, plain, and honest.

What I collect

When you fill out the contact form on this site, I collect what you give me: your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), what you’re interested in, who referred you, and any note you leave. That’s it. I don’t collect anything in the background, I don’t track you across other sites, and I don’t use cookies for advertising.

What I use it for

I use what you share with me for one reason: to follow up and have a conversation about whether my coaching might be a fit for you. If we end up working together, I’ll continue to use your contact information to communicate about your sessions. If we don’t end up working together, your information stays in my records but I won’t reach out unless you reach out to me first.

Who I share it with

I don’t sell your information. I don’t share it with marketers, advertisers, or third parties for their own use.

Form submissions on this site are processed and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this page. Email I send you is delivered through standard email providers. These services see your information only to the extent necessary to do their job (deliver the form data to me, send you an email reply).

How long I keep it

I keep your information as long as it’s useful for staying in touch with you, or as long as required by law. If you’d like me to delete what I have about you, just ask using the contact information below and I’ll do it.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to:

• Tell you what information I have about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop using your information for any specific purpose

If you live in California, the EU, the UK, or anywhere else with specific privacy laws, those laws apply to you and you have the rights they grant. The list above covers the most common ones.

Children

This site and my coaching services aren’t intended for anyone under 18. I don’t knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, the new version will replace this one and the “effective” date at the top will change. Substantial changes will be noted clearly.
